CLAMS (Chamelea gallina) in shell, 3-alpha code: SVE, harvested in Italy in the Adriatic Sea (Central Mediterranean – FAO Zone 37.2.1). Caught with dredge.
Packaging
Each sleeve contains a PP (polypropylene) tray sealed with heat-shrink film, available in 300 g / 1 kg formats. Packed in cartons containing 6 / 12 sleeves per box.
