Each batch is delivered directly to our Mollusc Dispatch Centre and Processing Facility in Caorle, with the cold chain maintained throughout.

Clams and shellfish are inspected one by one, washed and purged through safe, non-invasive processes.

Our products are packaged fresh or frozen through continuous spiral freezing, with no glazing and no preservatives, to preserve flavour, quality and safety.

We practise sustainable fishing, operating in monitored marine areas and adopting planned rotations and reseeding strategies to protect natural stocks and nursery grounds.

We manage a short, fully traceable supply chain, overseeing every stage internally and working closely with local organisations to ensure freshness, transparency and complete control.

Our commitment to the environment translates into the use of low-impact technologies and ongoing collaboration with biologists and specialists to minimise our footprint on the marine ecosystem.

This allows us to offer products that are good, safe and certified, in full respect of natural resources.

MSC – Marine Stewardship Council

Confirms the sustainability of our fishing practices and the full traceability of the supply chain. We are part of the first certified fishery in the Mediterranean for Chamelea gallina clams.

Organic (BIO)

Our organic Caorle clams comply with strict environmental and health standards throughout the entire supply chain.

IFS Food

International food safety certification ensuring controlled processes and consistent quality.
