SCALLOPS (Pecten jacobaeus) in half-shell, 3-alpha code: SJA, harvested in Italy in the Adriatic Sea (Central Mediterranean – FAO Zone 37.2.1). Caught with trawl nets.
Packaging
PP (polypropylene) tray sealed with heat-shrink film, containing 1 kg (18/20 pcs) of product. Each layer inside the tray is separated by a sheet of food-safe tissue paper to facilitate removal. Packed in cartons containing 2 trays per box.
